The Collapse of the Mar'ib Dam and the Origin of the Arabs[arabiafelix.com]
The Mar'ib Dam collapsed when Pluto was in the early degrees of Capricoorn ending a period of relative Arab supremacy worldwide which takes place cyclically when Pluto is in Sagittarius. History will repeat itself beginning November. We just don't know how for sure.
