Scary Plutonic Things for North Korea's Second Saturn Return

According to the NY Times today, North Korea's leader Kim Jong-il may have suffered a stroke in mid August. He has not been seen in public since August 11 and recently missed a 60th anniversary celebration for the foundiing of his country. He is reported under a doctor's care.

North Korea is observing its second Saturn Return.

Considering how isolated and radioactive North Korea is, the idea of a change of power is pretty Plutonic bcause no one has any idea what would or could happen after "Dear Leader's" death or incapacitation.

As Pluto enters Capricorn, keep an eye on Russia and China as well.

China's Two Charts

Whichever chart you choose for China, it is experiencing its second Saturn Return along with the Boomers. [[India, Pakistan and Israel have just finished theirs.]

As I've been predicting for months, Russia and China -- especially Mongolia -- will replace the Middle East as our focus for the next 15 years.

Pluto in Capricorn, Mongol Supremacy

Between 1271-1295 when Pluto was in Capricorn, Marco Polo of Venice first visited China.

Also in 1271 a huge Russian event occurred. Moscow becomes the capital of Grand Duch of Suzdal-Vladimir.


Mongolia is the area between China and Russia. Every time Pluto was in Capricorn the Mongols became supreme. Genghis Khan who established their supremacy in his homeland died in 1227.

Intuitively in prepartion for an interst in this area there has been the first big screen portrayal in 2008 of Genghis Khan.

Since Mongolia is that area shared by Russia and China, we have our eyes on these two countries for the next decade while Pluto transits Capricorn. It all begins Friday in Qinhuangdao.

Seeming closure of the anthrax case coincides with Pluto's final visit to Sagittarius. As a nation we will move from issues regarding terrorism and religious and biological warfare to the kinds of economic and financial issues regarding trade and resources that are likely to occur with China and Russia.

Russia and China as Pluto enters Caprcorn

"The Justice Department said on Tuesday that it had charged 11 people in the theft of tens of millions of credit and debit card numbers of customers shopping at major retailers ... in one of the largest reported identity-theft incidents on record.

"The United States Attorney in Boston said those charged were involved in the theft of more than 40 million credit and debit card numbers.

"The charges focus on three people from the United States, three from the Ukraine, two from China, one from Estonia and one from Belarus.

"The authorities said that the scheme was spearheaded by a Miami man named Albert Gonzalez, who hacked into the computer systems of retailers including TJX, Boston Market, Barnes & Noble, Sports Authority, Forever 21 and DSW, Inc. The numbers were then stored on computer servers in the United States and Eastern Europe.

"They then sold the information to people in the United States and Europe, who used it to withdraw tens of thousands of dollars at a time from automated teller machines, the authorities said."

All criminals except three and the mastermind were from the China/Russia area. This will be a sign of things to come, an harbinger of Pluto entering Capricorn. Rather than terrorism and the Middle East our energy will shift to "cold" "calculated" businesslike acts of violence. There will be financial and resource control issues, not passionate, symbolic, and very personal acts of terrorism for religious differences.

India, Russia and China

Quoted from the NYTimes: "Marathon talks in Geneva aimed at liberalising global trade have collapsed, the head of the World Trade Organisation has said.

"Pascal Lamy confirmed the failure, which officials have blamed on China, India and the US failing to agree on import rules."

As Pluto moves into Capricorn look for areas of concern shifting from the Middle East to China, Russia and India.
