I have had numerous out of body experiences, where my soul leaves my body and is able to travel to different countries or states when I am asleep, with your expertise why do you feel, I am having these?

Some people have evolved to the point they can do this. Why would not the spirit come and go? After all we are spirits IN bodies. We are not our bodies.
This is called astral travel so you can google that.
Always ask yourself, to what GOOD PURPOSE can I put this gift?
